Responsibilities

• Perform various maintenance tasks on multiple properties.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems.
• Handle light electrical work, appliance repair, and preventive maintenance.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents.

Requirements

• Valid PA Driver's License.
• Prior experience in residential or multifamily housing preferred.
• Basic hand tools and working cell phone required.
• High school diploma/GED.

Compensation

$20+ per hour, with a $500 sign-on bonus. Benefits include 401K, medical/dental/vision, paid time off, and advancement opportunities.
