We are looking for a dedicated Universal Banker to join our team at International State Bank of Raton. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately completing financial transactions, providing exceptional customer service, and recommending financial solutions to meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with day-to-day customer service requests, including account openings and handling customer inquiries.
• Perform transfers, loan payments, and other financial transactions.
• Cross-sell banking products and services to enhance customer relationships.
• Meet and exceed sales and referral goals.
• Maintain knowledge of bank regulations and procedures.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• 1+ years experience in sales, teller, or loan processing.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Hourly wage range: $16.00 - $18.00.
