Job Description

Foundever is seeking a dedicated Intuit Customer Service Specialist to join our team in Wise, VA. As a key member of our customer experience solutions division, you will handle inbound service calls, drive customer satisfaction through various communication channels, and provide professional and high-quality customer service to global industry clients.

Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound service calls and inquiries.
  • Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and email communications.
  • Navigate through multiple systems and tools efficiently.
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development sessions.

Qualifications

  • Must live within 50 miles of our Wise, VA office.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
  • Problem-solving abilities with a positive attitude.
  • Willingness to grow within a reliable company.
  • Enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
  • Minimum 18 years of age with a high school diploma or equivalent.
  • Successful completion of a background check.
