Job Description
POAH Communities is looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to ensure a safe, secure, and comfortable living environment for our residents, visitors, and staff. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience and be knowledgeable of relevant laws and regulations.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine preventative maintenance on equipment.
- Identify and correct unsafe conditions in the property.
- Coordinate make-ready repairs and services.
- Keep grounds clean and well-maintained.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in apartment maintenance.
- High school diploma or GED required, HVAC certification preferred.
- Valid Driver's License and automobile insurance.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and on-call coverage.
- Skilled in the use and maintenance of tools and equipment.
