Director of Contracts and Grants

Job Description

We are currently seeking a qualified individual for the position of Director of Contracts and Grants at Open Sky Community Services. As the Director of Contracts and Grants, you will be responsible for overseeing all pre and post contract award administration activities, managing contract life-cycles, and collaborating with various departments to ensure financial compliance and successful grant management. This role reports to the Vice President of Finance and requires strong leadership, communication, and financial expertise.

Responsibilities

• Lead responses to contract bids, negotiations, and proposals.
• Manage contract life-cycles, including extensions, close-outs, and renewals.
• Ensure timely submission of financial reporting to funders.
• Collaborate with internal teams for proper fund usage and financial documentation.
• Work closely with financial leadership to track revenues and ensure accurate reporting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
• 5-7 years of finance, grants, and contract management experience.
• Proven leadership skills in managing cross-departmental teams.
• Expertise in data analytics and financial reporting.
• Excellent communication and team management abilities.
