P1 Construction, LLC. is looking for an experienced Electrical Construction Project Manager to join our team in Manhattan, Kansas. As a key member of our company, you will oversee electrical construction projects, manage field staff, subcontractors, and ensure compliance with project requirements. Your role involves project coordination, scheduling, budget monitoring, and maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage electrical construction projects or support senior management on large projects.
• Coordinate project activities, schedules, and construction processes.
• Monitor project finances and profitability.
• Foster relationships with clients, vendors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.
• Lead and guide subordinates in line with company leadership principles.
• Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction or electrical engineering related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as an Electrical Construction Project Manager.
• Ability to pass background checks, drug screenings, and meet driving qualifications.
