Job Description

Develon is seeking a talented National Accounts Field Service Manager to join our innovative team. Based in Suwanee, Georgia, we are a renowned leader in infrastructure solutions, delivering exceptional products and service across North America. As the National, Government & Key Accounts Field Service Support Manager, you will play a vital role in managing service support for our key accounts, including New York City Sanitation, and overseeing relationships with our national and government contracts.

Responsibilities

  • Manage service support for National, Key Accounts, and Large Governmental contracts.
  • Act as communication link between customers, field staff, and internal departments.
  • Coordinate with dealerships and customers to address service and parts needs promptly.
  • Develop and conduct product training programs for service managers and technicians.
  • Ensure efficient Field Mod administration and Call Tracs management.

Requirements

  • Degree in Engineering or Technical field (Preferred).
  • 7+ years' experience in construction equipment industry, with strong technical knowledge of heavy products.
  • Supervisory experience and excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to travel 25 - 50%.
