• Operate and maintain machine shop equipment safely and effectively.

Job Tasks and Responsibilities

• Manage diverse projects from agriculture to high-performance engines.
• Estimate job requirements accurately and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain proactive communication with customers throughout projects.
• Perform a variety of machine shop tasks including engine rebuilds and machining.

Requirements

• Manual dexterity skills for machining and assembly operations.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities.
• Mechanical inclination and ability to lift at least 70 pounds regularly.
• Physical abilities for standing, lifting, twisting, and bending.
• Basic computer knowledge and proficiency.
