CMG Services LLC is seeking a highly experienced General Manager to provide strong leadership, strategic direction, and operational oversight to our company. Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all aspects of company operations, including project management, quality control, and safety compliance.

Requirements

• Proven leadership experience in the roofing or construction industry.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in roofing or construction.
• Strong knowledge of roofing systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, project management, and financial analysis skills.
• Leadership, team-building, organizational, and time management skills.
• Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and industry best practices.
• Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and industry trends.
