Job Description

We are looking for compassionate individuals to provide care for individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities in Wausau, WI and Weston, WI. Responsibilities
- Help individuals grow, learn, and live well.
- Support people with developmental goals, personal hygiene, and behavioral challenges.
- Assist participants in budgeting, exercise, nutrition, and community integration.
- Develop meaningful relationships and ensure the overall well-being of the individuals served.
Requirements
- No high school diploma required.
- Key skills include communication, adaptability, teamwork, and time-management.
- Desired behaviors: patience, compassion, reliability, and responsibility.
- Driver's license preferred but not required.
