Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of hospice and palliative care regulations and licensure requirements.
• Evaluate office operations using financial, clinical, and quality reports.
• Develop corrective action plans in collaboration with the Operations Manager.
• Coordinate staff training and mentoring programs.
• Assist in the planning and development of new services.
• Collaborate with senior management and clinical directors.

Requirements

• RN licensure and nursing education from an accredited school.
• Minimum three years of management experience and two years in hospice services.
• Knowledge of applicable regulations and laws.
• Strong interpersonal, financial management, and data analysis skills.
• Proficiency in computer applications.
• Availability for travel.
• CPR certification.
