Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Hotel Front Desk PM / Night Audit at Rockland Harbor Hotel, a Maine Course Hospitality property. This position involves working the PM front desk shift from 3-11 PM and the Night Auditor shift from 11 PM - 7 AM, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and providing support throughout their stay.

Night Audit Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests professionally
- Operate the front desk efficiently
- Assist with breakfast and coffee service
- Handle guest requests and complaints
- Conduct end-of-day front desk functions
- Answer phone calls and provide information
- Stay informed about local events and attractions
$19+/hr
