Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Intuit Customer Support Representative to join our team at Foundever. As a key member of our customer experience solutions team, you will be responsible for handling inbound service calls, driving customer satisfaction through various communication channels, and providing professional and high-quality customer service to our global clients.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound service calls and interact with clients and customers.
• Drive customer satisfaction through voice, chat, and/or email communication.
• Navigate through multiple systems and tools to assist customers effectively.
• Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate between screens while assisting customers.
• Problem-solving skills with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Desire to grow within a reputable company.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Must reside within a 50-mile radius of 101 Sykes Blvd, Chavies, KY 41272.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
