Overview

At Mill Run, we are looking for an IT Systems Engineer to join our dynamic team. We are a multi-billion dollar company specializing in innovative and environmentally friendly alternatives to traditional materials. Our products play a crucial role in stormwater management, preventing flooding and contributing to a circular economy through plastic recycling.

Responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and support mobile device solutions and identity/authentication for Customer and Enterprise Applications within Entra.
• Hands-on management of iOS, Android & Windows devices using Intune.
• Collaborate with vendors, application owners, and end users to ensure security, performance, and usability of mobile and identity solutions.
• Implement Single Sign-On for enterprise application identity integrations.
• Manage Workforce & Customer Identity within Entra ID.
• Administer Conditional Access and Multi Factor Authentication for supported devices.
• Collaborate with Lead Systems Engineer on Tier III mobile/Intune issues.
• Partially manage other Microsoft 365 Admin platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT work experience.
• 1-3 years of Microsoft Intune or other Mobile Device Management platform experience.
• 1-2 years of On-Prem and Azure Active Directory experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with end users and vendors.
• Understanding of Group Policy and MDM configurations.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift computer and networking equipment.
