This pivotal role involves managing the life-cycle of assigned BT issues, identifying root causes, minimizing future impacts, and documenting problem resolution actions. Collaborate with various teams to ensure efficient issue resolution and risk management.

Responsibilities

  • Manage issue life-cycle and coordinate actions for problem resolution.
  • Ensure service level agreements are met and blockers are addressed promptly with business partners.
  • Maintain inventory of problems and track progress in ServiceNow.
  • Suggest process improvements and mentor team members when necessary.

Required Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree in relevant fields or 4+ years of experience in related roles.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or 1+ years of people management experience.
