Job Description

Liberty Healthcare and Rehabilitation Services is currently seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team on a per diem basis during night shifts. As an LPN, you will assist in directing nursing services, delegate duties, observe patients for symptoms, notify physicians of emergencies, and perform other assigned duties under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.

Job Requirements

  • High school graduate.
  • Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing with a current, valid LPN license.
  • Willingness to work as charge nurses and during emergencies.
  • Ability to provide quality nursing care, follow doctors’ orders, and have an interest in geriatric nursing.
  • CPR certification required yearly.
  • Participation in in-service training and staff meetings as needed.
