Job Description
We are looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work full-time on the day shift, 7:00am-7:30pm, providing compassionate medical care to our residents and patients. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities when needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment such as IV pumps and EKG machines.
