Job Description
We are looking for a talented Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at Levindale Hospital located in Baltimore, MD. As part of our compassionate team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical and emotional care to our residents and patients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Provide care and support to residents in a 45-bed long-term care unit, including sub-acute rehabilitation services.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with specialized medical equipment.
- Compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to helping others in need.
