Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital's Skilled Long Term Care/ Rehab Unit in Baltimore, MD. As a valued member of our healthcare team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care to our residents, ensuring their needs are met effectively. Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit on a per shift basis.
- Assume leadership responsibilities when necessary.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure quality care.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Diploma.
- Valid License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
