Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional medical and emotional care to our residents and patients. This full-time position offers competitive pay and a sign-on bonus of up to $10,000.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a license for Practical Nursing.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- AHA BLS CPR Certification.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 at Levindale is a sub-acute rehabilitation unit with high-complexity needs. As an LPN in this 40-45 bed long-term care unit, you will have the opportunity to provide daily activities, services, and support to residents.
