Job Description: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) - Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Skilled Long Term Care/Rehab Unit, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans for our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Utilize nursing principles and physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
Requirements:
- Associate's degree in nursing from an accredited school of nursing.
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in specialized medical equipment.
Unit Summary:
Hall 1 is a sub-acute rehabilitation unit with high complexity of needs, providing daily activities and comprehensive support for residents. We are looking for compassionate and motivated staff members to join our team.
