Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated LPN-ACUTE to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time position based in Baltimore, MD, at Levindale Hospital, you will provide essential nursing care to residents on the Brain Health Unit. The night shift runs from 7:00pm to 7:30am, including weekend commitments. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a vital role in supporting the well-being of our patients.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and physical assessment skills to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as necessary for daily unit operations.
Requirements
- Associate's degree from an accredited school of nursing.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
