Job Title: LPN-ACUTE
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our healthcare team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN on the Brain Health Unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical and emotional care to our residents and patients.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Ensure residents' needs are met and attend to the daily operations of the unit.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to deliver quality patient care.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Less than one year of experience required.
