Job Description
We are currently looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in the Acute Brain Health Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our residents and patients, ensuring their well-being and recovery.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet the residents' needs.
- Assume leadership responsibilities as required and ensure the smooth operation of the unit.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
