Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated LPN-ACUTE to join our team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an integral part of Levindale Hospital's Brain Health Unit, you will provide exceptional medical and emotional care to our residents and patients.
Responsibilities
- Under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
