Job Description
We are looking for a passionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at Levindale Health. As an LPN in the Acute Care Unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality medical and emotional care to our residents and patients.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Ensure the needs of residents are met through basic physical assessments and nursing principles.
- Attend to daily unit operations and take on leadership responsibilities as necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent education.
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA BLS CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
