Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health's Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment on day shift (7:00am-7:30pm) in the Skilled Long Term Care unit.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet residents' needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing or equivalent.
- Less than 1 year of nursing experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
