Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time position at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will work in Skilled Long Term Care, making a meaningful impact on our patients' lives. As an LPN, you will provide individualized nursing care, assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel, and ensure the daily operations of the unit run smoothly. This role requires formal knowledge equivalent to an Associate's degree, LPN licensure, and American Heart Association CPR Certification.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Ensure the needs of residents are met on a per shift, household level.
- Provide leadership and support on the unit.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent formal knowledge.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- LPN licensure and American Heart Association CPR Certification.
