Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. This full-time position with a weekend commitment offers day shifts from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm. As a Staff Nurse in Household #1 at Levindale Hospital, you will play a crucial role in providing long-term care for patients in a unique unit setting. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans, supervising nursing personnel, and ensuring the overall well-being of residents on a daily basis.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing
- LPN license and American Heart Association CPR Certification
- Less than 1 year of experience
