Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse) to join our team at LifeBridge Health. In this full-time position at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD, you will be part of Household #1, providing skilled long-term care to patients. The role involves working day shifts with a weekend commitment from 7:00 am to 7:30 pm as a Staff Nurse.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in orienting and supervising nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily operations at the unit level and assume leadership responsibilities.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent formal working knowledge.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
