Job Description
Join LifeBridge Health as a LPN: Licensed Practical Nurse in the Skilled Long Term Care unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. This is a full-time position with a weekend commitment on day shift from 7:00am-7:30pm. As a Staff Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing long-term care to patients in a warm and homely environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities.
- Provide compassionate care based on patients' needs, routines, and preferences.
Requirements
- Associate's degree or equivalent formal working knowledge.
- Less than 1 year of experience.
- American Heart Association CPR Certification and LPN license.
