Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Long Term Care team at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our Household unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care, developing individualized care plans, and ensuring the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Clinical Leader/DON to implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the orientation and supervision of nursing personnel.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to meet the residents' needs.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in Nursing.
- Active American Heart Association CPR Certification.
- Valid License Practical Nurse (LPN) license.
- Less than 1 year of experience required.
