Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital. As an LPN, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met. This full-time position involves night shifts and a weekend commitment.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a subacute rehabilitation unit with 40-45 beds, catering to residents with high complexity needs. The team members in Hall 1 are compassionate, motivated, and dedicated professionals.
Responsibilities
- Implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assume leadership responsibilities when necessary.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing.
- Less than one year of experience.
- Licensed Practical Nurse license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and knowledge of medical equipment.
