Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit within Levindale Hospital, Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in the subacute rehabilitation unit, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment on the night shift (7:00pm-7:30am) as a staff nurse. You will play a vital role in providing individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to ensure the well-being of our residents.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to address residents' needs.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment such as IV pumps and EKG machines.
- Less than one year of experience required.
