Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our team, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment on the night shift (7:00pm-7:30am). You will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, ensuring their needs are met.
Unit Summary
Join Hall 1, a 40-45 bed long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation for residents with high complexity needs. Our team is compassionate, motivated, and dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to those in need.
Job Summary
As an LPN, you will utilize your nursing skills and knowledge to develop and implement nursing care plans for residents. You will oversee daily unit operations, taking on leadership responsibilities as required.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma).
- Active License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in medical equipment operation.
