Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this full-time position, you will work night shifts with a weekend commitment, providing compassionate care to residents in a 40-45 bed long-term care unit.
Responsibilities
- Work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Attend to the daily operations of the unit and take on leadership responsibilities when needed.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment like IV Pumps, EKG Machines, and Specialty Beds.
