Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, a part of LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in the subacute rehabilitation unit, you will work collaboratively with the healthcare team to provide individualized nursing care and support to residents with complex needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet residents' needs.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit and provide leadership when necessary.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills and nursing principles in patient care.
- Ensure residents receive high-quality care and support their well-being.
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a License for Practical Nursing.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Less than one year of experience required.
- AHA CPR Certification.
