Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN in our team, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized nursing care to our residents, ensuring their needs are met effectively. This full-time position involves night shifts with a weekend commitment (7:00pm-7:30am) in Hall 1, a 40-45 bed long-term care unit offering subacute rehabilitation services.
Responsibilities
- Utilize nursing principles and basic assessment skills to develop and implement care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities as needed.
- Ensure the well-being and comfort of residents under your care.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing; Practical Nursing License and AHA CPR Certification.
- Less than one year of experience required.
- Proficiency in specialized medical equipment and basic computer skills.
