Job Description
We are hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. The LPN will work full-time with a weekend commitment on the night shift from 7:00 pm to 7:30 am.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a 40-45 bed long-term care unit that provides subacute rehabilitation services for residents with high complexity needs. Team members must demonstrate compassion, motivation, and dedication to patient care.
Job Summary
The LPN, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing, will develop and implement individualized nursing care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met. This role involves attending to daily unit operations, assuming leadership responsibilities when necessary.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Less than one year of experience.
- Active LPN license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical equipment operations.
