Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital, part of LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. In this role, you will work full-time with a weekend commitment during night shifts (7:00pm-7:30am) as a Staff Nurse. Your responsibilities will include utilizing your nursing knowledge and skills to develop and implement individualized care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing. The role requires providing quality care to residents in a long-term care setting and assuming leadership responsibilities as needed.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Ensure residents' needs are met through compassionate and skilled care.
- Assume a leadership role on the unit as required.
- Maintain a safe and supportive environment for residents.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing (or equivalent).
- License for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment.
- Less than one year of experience required.
