Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at Levindale Hospital in Baltimore, MD. In this full-time role with a night shift commitment, you will be responsible for providing individualized nursing care to residents under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a subacute rehabilitation unit with 40-45 beds, offering comprehensive services and activities to residents with complex needs. We are seeking compassionate and motivated team members who are committed to making a difference in the lives of others.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Assist in the daily operations of the unit and provide leadership as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure residents' needs are met.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing or equivalent.
- Less than one year of experience.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills and medical equipment operation.
