Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at the Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health. As an LPN in our dynamic healthcare environment, you will work under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing to provide individualized care plans for residents, ensuring their needs are met with compassion and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Attend to daily unit operations and provide leadership as needed.
- Utilize basic physical assessment skills to ensure quality care.
- Maintain accurate documentation and communication with the healthcare team.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing (or equivalent).
- Licensed as a Practical Nurse with AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and proficiency in medical equipment operation.
