Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated LPN for our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will provide individualized nursing care under the direction of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing. This full-time position includes a night shift with weekend commitment.
Unit Summary
Hall 1 is a long-term care unit specializing in subacute rehabilitation with high complexity needs. We are seeking compassionate and motivated individuals to join our team and help improve the lives of our residents through daily activities and comprehensive support services.
Job Summary
The LPN will assist in developing and implementing nursing care plans, ensuring residents' needs are met. You will also take on leadership responsibilities as required, contributing to the unit's smooth operation.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have an Associate's degree in nursing, along with a license for Practical Nursing and AHA CPR Certification. Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment are essential.
