Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Subacute Rehabilitation Unit at LifeBridge Health in Baltimore, MD. As an LPN, you will work on Hall 1, a long-term care unit offering daily activities and specialized services to residents with high complexity of needs.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans under the supervision of the Registered Nurse/Director of Nursing.
- Attend to daily unit operations and assume leadership responsibilities as necessary.
- Provide compassionate and dedicated care to residents in need.
Requirements
- Associate's degree in nursing; graduate of an accredited school of nursing (diploma).
- Licensed Practical Nursing license and AHA CPR Certification.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with medical equipment such as IV pumps and EKG machines.
