MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR

We are currently seeking a dedicated Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Mountain View Apartments in Mechanicsburg, PA. This role requires a hands-on individual with strong leadership and customer service skills to assist with various maintenance tasks and support our residential community.

Responsibilities

• Assist with resident work orders and apartment turnovers.
• Perform grounds/landscaping work as needed.
• Handle electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance repair in apartments.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Manage salt/snow removal duties.
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule in Mechanicsburg and sister communities.

Requirements

• Prior residential maintenance experience preferred.
• Demonstrated customer service and sales skills.
• Valid PA Driver's License and reliable transportation.
• High School Diploma/GED.
