Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join the PHM Brands team. As a Maintenance Technician, you will oversee the daily operations of our manufacturing plant and ensure that all physical assets are well maintained. Your responsibilities will include general building maintenance, repairing manufacturing equipment, and maintaining site services.
Responsibilities
- Lead and execute reliability excellence and maintenance activities for multiple properties.
- Support proper maintenance and repair of plant/buildings and grounds equipment.
- Assist with troubleshooting and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Work on PLC programs and process instruments.
- Help with wiring control panels based on blueprints.
- Keep machinery and equipment operational through preventive maintenance.
- Collaborate with plant floor employees and maintenance team members.
Qualifications
- 2-5 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS=GuideTi).
- Preferably experienced in predictive maintenance.
- Knowledge of electrical, mechanical, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and working with PLCs.
- Ability to schedule maintenance and repair equipment.
- Proficient with MS Office and Siemens/Allen Bradley software.
