Job Description

Responsibilities
- Administer medication and treatments following prescribed guidelines.
- Document medication administration and maintain accurate records.
- Communicate resident and family concerns to relevant parties.
- Ensure community compliance with safety regulations and standards.
- Contribute to team success through training and collaboration.
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent; certifications as required by regulations.
- Previous experience working with seniors preferred.
- Good communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to remain calm in challenging situations and prioritize tasks effectively.
