Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and prepare patients for healthcare visits.
- Document accurate vital signs and maintain electronic medical records.
- Assist providers during examinations and treatments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of exam rooms.
- Communicate effectively with patients, colleagues, and vendors.
- Perform front office duties when necessary.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Graduate of an accredited healthcare program.
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) preferred.
- Strong computer skills and EMR experience.
- Previous MA experience and current BLS certification.
- Experience in Family or Pediatrics and with Athenahealth is a plus.
