Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Medication Technician to join the Three Rivers Health and Rehabilitation Center team at Liberty Healthcare Management. As a Medication Technician, you will be responsible for administering medication following the established policies and procedures, as well as other assigned duties within your professional certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer medication as per policies and procedures.
• Continue education through workshops and in-service classes.
• Perform vital sign procedures and documentation.
• Count controlled substances and ensure proper reporting procedures.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and visitors.

Requirements

• Registered on the NAI registry with a clean record.
• Completion of state-approved training program and competency evaluation.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
