Partnership Manager - (Chandler/Phoenix, AZ)

Job Description

We are looking for a Partnership Manager to join NovaSource Power in Chandler/Phoenix, AZ. As a Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for managing partnerships to ensure the seamless operation, maintenance, and optimization of solar assets. Your role involves fostering strong client relationships, enhancing financial and technical performance, resolving issues promptly, and driving continuous improvement in service delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and partners.
• Monitor financial and technical performance metrics to optimize revenue streams and minimize costs.
• Proactively identify and resolve issues to minimize downtime and operational disruptions.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong project management abilities and knowledge of financial principles.
• Experience in solar operations and maintenance, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering, renewable energy, or related field; master's degree preferred.

Travel

Up to 25% travel may be required per year (domestic & international).
